OtterBoard 的基本鍵盤輸入功能可免費使用。OtterBoard Pro 提供年費訂閱及永久啟用兩種方案，付款由 App Store 處理。
本條款適用於你使用 OtterBoard App 及 OtterBoard 鍵盤（下稱「OtterBoard」）。OtterBoard 由 One Eternal LTD（下稱「我們」）提供。你下載或使用 OtterBoard，即表示同意本條款及 Apple 標準使用許可協議（下稱「Apple EULA」）。如本條款與 Apple EULA 有衝突，以 Apple EULA 中保障你權利的條文為準。
1. 使用許可
我們授予你一項個人、非獨家、不可轉讓的許可，讓你在你擁有或控制的 Apple 裝置上，按照 App Store 的使用規則使用 OtterBoard。你不得複製、修改、反向工程或轉售 OtterBoard，法律容許的情況除外。
2. OtterBoard Pro
OtterBoard Pro 會解鎖 App 內列出的進階功能。基本鍵盤輸入功能仍可免費使用。可解鎖的功能以購買時 App 內顯示的內容為準。
年費訂閱
- 付款會在你確認購買時從你的 Apple ID 帳戶扣除。
- 除非你在目前訂閱期結束前最少 24 小時關閉自動續期，否則訂閱會按 App Store 顯示的價格自動續期，並在目前訂閱期結束前 24 小時內扣款。
- 你可在購買後前往 iPhone「設定」> 你的名稱 >「訂閱」管理或取消訂閱。取消後，你仍可使用 Pro 功能直至目前訂閱期結束。
免費試用
如有提供免費試用，只適用於 App Store 判定合資格的帳戶，試用期長短以購買時顯示為準。試用期結束後，年費方案會按確認購買時顯示的價格自動續期，除非你在試用期結束前最少 24 小時取消。試用期內未使用的部分，會在你購買訂閱時失效。
永久啟用
永久啟用為一次性購買，會永久解鎖購買時 OtterBoard Pro 所提供的功能。
退款及還原購買
所有付款及退款由 Apple 按其政策處理，請透過 reportaproblem.apple.com 申請。如你更換裝置或重新安裝 App，可在 App 內「OtterBoard Pro」頁面選擇「還原購買」。
3. 你的內容
你用 OtterBoard 輸入的內容屬於你。鍵盤在裝置上處理輸入，我們不會取得這些內容。詳情請參閱私隱政策。
4. 第三方資料及授權
OtterBoard 使用多個公開資料來源，例如 Unicode Unihan、倉頡碼表、rime-cantonese 及英文詞表。這些資料按其各自的授權條款使用，列表見 App 內「關於」頁及本網站的資料來源。候選字、詞庫及人名地名建議只供輸入參考，我們不保證其完整或正確。
5. 免責聲明
在法律容許的最大範圍內，OtterBoard 按「現狀」提供。我們會盡力維持 OtterBoard 運作正常，但不保證它毫無錯誤或不會中斷，亦不保證它符合你的特定需要。
6. 責任限制
在法律容許的最大範圍內，我們不會就因使用或無法使用 OtterBoard 而引致的任何間接、附帶或相應而生的損失承擔責任。我們對你的總責任，以你在提出申索前十二個月內就 OtterBoard 支付的金額為上限。本條款不會限制法律不容許限制的責任或你作為消費者的法定權利。
7. 終止
你可隨時刪除 OtterBoard 以停止使用。如你嚴重違反本條款，我們可終止你的使用許可。訂閱的取消及退款仍按 App Store 的規則處理。
8. 條款更新
我們可能不時更新本條款。如有重大修改，我們會更新生效日期，並在適當情況下於 App 內通知你。你在更新後繼續使用 OtterBoard，即表示接受更新後的條款。
9. 適用法律
本條款受英格蘭及威爾士法律管轄。你所在地（例如香港）消費者保護法例賦予你的強制性權利不受影響，你亦可在你居住地的法院提出申索。

Terms of Use
OtterBoard's basic keyboard input is free. OtterBoard Pro is offered as a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, both processed by the App Store.
These terms apply to your use of the OtterBoard app and the OtterBoard keyboard ("OtterBoard"), provided by One Eternal LTD ("we"). By downloading or using OtterBoard you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA"). Where the two conflict, the provisions of the Apple EULA that protect you prevail.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use OtterBoard on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell OtterBoard except where the law allows.
2. OtterBoard Pro
OtterBoard Pro unlocks the advanced features listed in the app. Basic keyboard input remains free. The features unlocked are those shown in the app at the time of purchase.
Yearly subscription
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the price shown in the App Store unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel the subscription after purchase in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions. After cancelling you keep Pro until the end of the current period.
Free trial
Where a free trial is offered, it is available only to accounts the App Store deems eligible, and its length is shown at purchase. When the trial ends, the yearly plan renews at the price shown when you confirmed, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Lifetime
Lifetime is a one-time purchase that permanently unlocks the OtterBoard Pro features available at the time of purchase.
Refunds and restoring purchases
All payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. After changing devices or reinstalling, use "還原購買" (Restore Purchases) on the OtterBoard Pro screen in the app.
3. Your content
What you type with OtterBoard is yours. The keyboard processes input on your device and we never receive it. See the Privacy Policy.
4. Third-party data and licences
OtterBoard uses public data sources such as Unicode Unihan, Cangjie code tables, rime-cantonese and English word lists, each under its own licence. They are listed in the app's About screen and under Credits on this website. Candidates, lexicons and name or place suggestions are aids to typing; we do not guarantee they are complete or correct.
5. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OtterBoard is provided "as is". We work to keep it running well but do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your particular needs.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, OtterBoard. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for OtterBoard in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Termination
You may stop using OtterBoard at any time by deleting it. We may end your licence if you materially breach these terms. Subscription cancellation and refunds continue to follow the App Store's rules.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. Continuing to use OtterBoard after an update means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not affect the mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live (for example, in Hong Kong), and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live.
